I have used this provider for less than 6 months

Been contemplating on whether or not to make this review, but honestly every parent should be aware!! I think it needs to be done Chevron claims she “cares” about the children that go to her daycare but doesn’t even care to greet the children in the morning. “Claims” she “loves” each child that go to her daycare but has an attitude each and every time, claims it’s because she’s from the city… I’m from up north BORN AND RAISED baby where it truly is the city and I know an attitude when I see it. If you want your child to come home with clothes that aren’t theirs send them to above and beyond, if you want your child coming home with marks on their faces and the daycare “teachers” claim it’s because they weren’t listening and played in an ant hill send them here to get ant bites all over their face and body, if you want your child to come home with a bite mark on their finger their first day at daycare send them to above and beyond. If you want your children to come home with marks and not get told why or where they come from gladly send them here :) if you want to get a notification from Procare at 6am stating the whole building needs to close due to a deep clean and you have to be to work at 7:30am SEND THEM HERE :) If you want the owner Chevron tell you if your newly 4 year old keeps having accidents at daycare then they can no longer attend her daycare then send them here yall :) I was told my 4 year old has “too many accidents” when in reality had like 3 accidents since he started in her care. This daycare is a lie and does not ever go ABOVE & BEYOND. I was told they update you daily when your child is in their care that’s a lie, you’ll be lucky if you get one. I have two children, newly 3&4 and my 3 yr old had to be switched to his brothers class and Chevron the owner told me they can’t be in the same class together lol isn’t that your job? OH THIS IS THE BEST ONE IF YOU WANT TO BE OUTSIDE WAITING AT 8:57 WITH YOUR BABY FROM THE BABY ROOM UNTIL 9AM BECAUSE IN HER OWN WORDS COMING STRAIGHT FROM THE OWNER TO ANOTHER PARENT WHEN I DROPPED MY KIDS OFF LOOKED AT HER WATCH AND SAID UH NO ITS 9AM NOONE ELSE IS COMING IN MADE THIS POOR MOTHER AND HER CHILD WAIT OUTSIDE FOR AN ADDITIONAL 4 MINUTES BECAUSE SHE CAME “TOO LATE” WHEN THE CUT OFF TIME WAS 9AM. SO THE OWNER WAITING UNTIL 9AM TO COME OUTSIDE AND TELL THIS MOTHER ITS TOO LATE AND SENT THIS MOTHER AND CHILD BACK TO THE CAR IN THE COLD. Well if you want any of that then send your child here :)) also one of the “good” reviews on here from Nikita is a daycare WORKER AT ABOVE AND BEYOND so just keep that in mind when looking at that review lol, also the next day after Chevron told me about if my child keeps wetting himself he can’t come here anymore guess what? I got a termination letter for both my kids… claims it’s because she “knew” I was unhappy here when I simply stated my concerns about greeting and the rudeness to my children to Nikita. Funny how that works ???? ANYWAYS YALL THIS DAYCARE IS OVERALL NOT WORTH YOUR TIME NOR MONEY. This is one black owned business I will NEVER SUPPORT or recommend to any parent!
