Plan: Following hire, personnel will complete a minimum of three days of training to include CCEI, child abuse and neglect, and shadowing veteran teacher. Personnel will also sign the Understanding Supervision statement. Following the shadowing period, new staff will have a one on one conversation with the Director prior to being left alone in a classroom for any period of time. |

Plan: The program will add a CCEI supervision training for all current personnel, as well as future new hires. During staff meetings personnel will focus on supervision training once every six months, and do activities based on active supervision skills at regular intervals. When transitioning to the playground a member of leadership will always assist the teachers. The program will conduct name to face checks at two designated stopping points before proceeding to the playground. |
