This daycare has been amazing! I do not agree with the previous review at all. They have always been accommodating and loving to me and my kids. We have attended this facility since my children were 3 months old and they are both school age now. I have never had any issues. This facility is big but still feels like family. I appreciate a facility that watches out for all of the kids when it comes to illnesses and things such as ringworm. I know it can be inconvenient at times but I also know they have many children to watch out for and have my kids' best interest at heart. I love these teachers and office staff. Thank you. : )
So unsatisfied with this daycare. They have done nothing but cause stress and problems for me. My children have been sent home with the what the daycare said was fever. I immediately took my child took the doctor and they checked her temp and there was no fever. I got a doctors note stating my child was completely fine and the daycare was making up things. I took a doctors note back with me and they told me my child couldn't be there even with a doctor's note because she could be coming down with something. I didn't realize they were doctors. My daughter never had fever and was sent home and couldn't return for 48hrs. Then in their policy if a child has diarrhea 3xs then the child is sent home. After one loose stool they sent my daughter home and she had 0 the entire 2 days I was home with her once again missing work. The assistant director of the daycare also overdosed my child on his controlled substance medication because she failed to read the updated medication form that she has to sign every time she gives my child his medication and I wasn't notified that they have given him more than they should have until 4 hours later. We ended up in the ER with high heart rate. I've also had the owners daughter who was the director at the time pull me into the office and tell me how I needed to live my life and that DHS would have been called on me at any other daycare all because of my sons behavior yet he has been diagnosed with ADHD and that I need to decide if I was going to leave my ex husband or not. I am 100% sure my personal life is not their business. Recently my children had ring worm. They were cleared by a doctor that they were no longer contagious as they had been using antifungal for almost a week. I had the directors assistant and the owners daughter chewing me out for the 3rd time even after they called me twice at work where I am losing pay to step away from my desk and talk to them over a doctors note I told them multiple times I was working on getting for them but I was having issues with the doctors office. They raised there voice at me in front of children ages 4 and 5 and parents passing through even after telling them time and time again I was working on a doctors note for them. I told them also not to use any adhesives on my children as they are allergic and they still took it into their hands to put adhesive on my children which they are allergic to. I have had the worst experience with this daycare and I am a certified master teacher in childcare myself.
