Plan: I understand this is a serious non-compliance. Staff immediately moved the clip attachment from the sleeping infants clothing. Director stated she will not allow infants to have pacifier attachments during nap time, and the program director will also make sure staff is aware that infants can not have pacifier attachments during rest time as well.

Outdoor play ground impact material (mulch) is not being maintained at a depth of at least six inches in all areas of the playground where equipment is within a fall height over four feet high. Licensing observed that the impact material was less than one inch under use zones.

I have used this provider for less than 6 months

We love the infant room! Detailed daily updates are given when we pick our child up and the staff is creative, caring, and attentive.
