Violation Observed: Ensure that adequate supervision is maintained at all times throughout the center. Whereas a named staff left a named child unattended on the changing table with the named staff’s back towards the named child. The named child’s head and arms were over the side railing of the changing table.

The staff member(s) specified in N.J.A.C. 3A:52-4.5 who are responsible for developing and overseeing the implementation of the center's daily activities shall ensure that time frames for each activity are geared to the age and developmental level of each child served and are flexible enough to accommodate spontaneous occurrences or children's suggestions and inquiries.

Violation Observed: Ensure that age-appropriate time frames are provided for activities throughout the center. The children in rooms 13 and 15, ages 12 months–3 years old, were limited to free play throughout the morning, for approximately 2 hours, with access to an inadequate supply and variety of toys and equipment.

Violation Observed: Ensure that the center washes and disinfects toys mouthed by infants and toddlers. A named 1 year old child, in room 13, was observed consistently and continually putting the various toys that she played with in her mouth throughout the morning. Staff appeared unaware of the requirement to remove the toys for cleaning and did not attempt to redirect the child’s actions to prevent her from putting toys in her mouth.

Handwashing requirements are as follows: the center shall ensure that children three months of age and older wash their hands with soap and running water before intake of food.

Violation Observed: Ensure that the children wash their hands before the intake of food. All of the children in room 15, ages 12 months-3 years old, did not go directly to the table to eat lunch after washing their hands, wherein 2 of the children started playing with the toys and crawling on the floor before the staff placed them in their chairs to eat. Additionally, when the children were outside in the play area, 2 children, ages 12-18 months old, were observed eating the food/snack from their hands.

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

I do not recommend this daycare.
My child was repeatedly not diaper changed and caused bad rashes. The dont care about the kids well-being
