All floors and floor coverings were not constructed of nonabsorbent material and/or were not kept clean and in good repair. The carpet in the main child care room had two large seams in the middle and near the dollhouse and slide that were coming apart and fraying and need repair. The boy's bathroom had a hole in the vinyl flooring and there was a large gap on the edge of the wall that was a large gap where the quarter round was removed and needs repair.
