All corrosive agents, pesticides, bleaches, detergents, cleansers, polishes, any product which is under pressure in an aerosol dispenser, and any substance which may be hazardous to a child if ingested, inhaled, or handled were not stored in a locked room or cabinet. In rooms 106 and 108, I observe a canister of disinfectant wipes stored unlocked, on a high shelf in the restroom. The canisters were placed in locked storage during the visit.

A valid qualification letter was not on file and available to review at the facility. I did not observe a valid qualifying letter on file for one staff. The staff was observed to be qualified in Regulatory (8/2/2019).
