My grandchild was there for 2yrs. I've had complaints to the owners about bruises. I never received any incident reports. When complaining no one seems to have seen anything. By this being his first and only daycare I didn't want move him. He never really like the daycare but I sumed it up to he just didn'twant go school.Wow How far I was from the truth, but this October 24-2023 I was called to the daycare because he was accused of misbehaving. I was show a video with 3 kids acting up which was my grandson and 2 others. I was told by owner that they also called parent for the other African American child and my child but they call for Caucasian children he was considered not do to back from there point of view. So I to her would talk with my grandson to see what was going on and see where his thoughts were. Out of know where he tells me that Mrs_______ hit him.I reported and got the biggest nastiest blow back ever from the male owner because I said that I was pressingcharges. The female owner tried cleaning it to keep me from pursuing charges. How about they claim they no longer have videos. Remember they had the video to show me what my was doing. Which was being typical 3 yr old child. They owner lie alot,I mean a lot.Not one time did they advocate for my child only for their staff. They are very nasty and definitely do care for kids of color they just happened to financially benefit there bank account. My grandson is no longer under their care. Think twice before choosing this childcare center.
The teachers are excellent but the director and her husband and a lady that works closely with them are very rude and unprofessional. They do not know how to talk to parents and raise their voices at children. My child had a allergic reaction 3 times because of miscommunications between staff. Their daycare is out with Covid every other 2 weeks and they let the babies share pacifiers which is disgusting and unsanitary.
