Description: Our facility is unique. At Bowie Child Care your child will come in contact with the same two staff members from open to close: Dawn Pitsenberger and Jo Ann Altfather. At larger 50-100 plus capacity centers, your son or daughter could come in contact with as many as four personnel daily if not more. Does it make a difference? We believe it does. We believe this consistency in staffing provides comfort for your child as well as gives us the ability to evaluate his or her educational needs more effectively. We see what works for your child first hand through our own eyes. We see how he or she reacts and responds to certain situations and are able to adjust our program as necessary to fit your child's needs. We don't have to rely on information communicated to us by a third or fourth staff member or read about an incident that happened the previous afternoon and then attempt comprehend how your child felt based on someone else's evalutation.
Where possible, ChildcareCenter provides inspection reports as a service to families. This information is deemed reliable, but is not guaranteed. We encourage families to contact the daycare provider directly with any questions or concerns, as the provider may have already addressed some or all issues.
