The business is run by a 15 year-old. She works more than what is even legal for her age doing who knows what, and doesn't give the children the proper care they need. She is purposely deceitful towards the parents of the children she "takes care of" by not disclosing that she is the owner. She has gone so far as to not even put her name on their public website. This is outrageous. The teenager has been to Juvie for being a runaway. She hasn't been to an actual school for years and she is known for posting videos online dressed as an animal and vaping. This is not a safe environment for any children. The child's name is Hannah Packer.
