Observed in the neighboring yards: an open shed with a wood splitter, an open shed with push mower & other yard tools, 2 grills, a burn barrel & fire pit, a swing set lacking protective ground covering, and a trampoline which lacked safety netting.

Correction Required: If unsafe areas or conditions are in or near an outdoor play space, fencing or natural barriers are required to restrict children from those unsafe areas or conditions.

Will install picket fence around play area, which will be gated so children can't access items listed. To keep the fence in good condition by checking often for splintering wood.
