Violation Observed: Ensure there are no more children present in a room then the licensed capacity allows. There were 7 children present in the infant room when the licensed capacity is 6. There were 10 children present in room 2 when the licensed capacity is 6. 5/6/2021: Upon inspectors arrival there were 16 children present in room 1 when the license capacity is 6.

Violation Observed: Ensure that the center complies with all health and safety requirements. The center needs to ensure all visitors, children, and staff have their temperature taken upon arrival, staff conducting screening are wearing gloves, all screening questions on the daily log are asked everyday to all individuals entering the building, and the individual conducting screening is behind a barrier or face shield.
