I have used this provider for more than 6 months

This daycare is very unprofessional. They advertise that they are open at 7:30, although the Director does not show up until 7:45, which has resulted in a reprimand from my supervisor for consistently being late. There are always other parents waiting in the parking lot as well. I would like to have a discussion with the Director, however, she is very defensive and has an unpleaseant attitude when you question things. I have reported my concerrns to the proper authorities with the hope, they will address issues. Also, I feel uncomfortable leaving my child with a facility knowing that I have voiced several complaints. My other concern is the age of some of the day care aids.   One would certainly question the licensing of staff, due to some of them looking younger than 16 years of age.  In conclusion, I will continue to voice my complaints to the proper authority until I am able place my child in another facility. Please be careful when choosing this facility, as you will regret it later.

If I could give New Beginnings a negative rating (-10000000000000) I would. They are very unprofessional, combative and inconsistent. I went to drop my thirteen month old daughter off at 8 a.m. and there was only 1 adult there with 6 other children, ages 2 - about 4. My daughter was walling aping with the big kids and I didn't leave to go to work because I was afraid one of the bigger kids would hit her or push her etc. I watched and waited for 15 minutes and finally decided to take my daughter and leave. Needless to say I called or that day. The director came in and was very defensive and argumentative and told me the ratio (1 adult per 4 children) only applied to infants. I also found a roach in my daugters diaper bag. I immediately called the state inspector and reported them. Don't take your child there.

Please don't send your child here if you are a concerned, responsible parent. If you have questions they expect you to be satisfied with the answers you get from your toddler. Very inconsistent, unprofessional no manual of procedures because they change with each child therefore no accountability. No incident reports sent home the day of an incident so God forbid your child hit's his head and you bring him home and he starts having convulsions, no adult notified you or saw what happen. The staff are friendly, but aren't allowed to speak to you upon pick up because they need to watch the other children and never offer another time when you can have a one on one with them. The Director becomes angry when you ask questions like..."who is my child's teacher" and "did you go outside today". On the flip side...this is the school for you if you don't have extended questions and are an unconcerned parent.
