Initial Comments: There were no deficiencies observed at the time of the Complaint Investigation (Case Number 00094666) conducted on12/20/2024. The following staff-to-children ratios were observed: Infants: 2:6 Transition room: 2:7 Toddler 1: 2:10 Toddler 2: 3:16 Primary: 3:15 Primary 1: 3:24 The Department contacted the complainant on 12/19/2024. 2 Assistant Directors and 2 staff members were interviewed. Documentation reviewed: 1 child file Meeting notes dated 11/21/2024. Email communications dated 10/07/2024, 10/08/2024, 11/04/2024, 11/08/2024, 11/11/2024, and 11/19/2024. Classroom transition documents: Toddler to Primary transition overview Following the child Important things to know Upon completion of the Complaint Investigation (Case Number 00094666), it was determined from facility documentation, 2 Assistant Director/2 staff member's interviews, and the Compliance Officer's observations that 2 of 2 allegations were unsubstantiated.
