In space 2, a child's permission to administer topical ointment expired on 11/1/23.

In space 2, a surge protectors was missing safety outlet covers. A staff member placed safety covers in the surge protector during today's visit.

Plastic bags, materials that could be torn apart and toy parts small enough to be swallowed were accessible to children under three years of age. In space 1 and space 5a, plastic bags containing children's items were below five feet, accessible to children. A staff member placed these items above five feet during today's visit.
