Provider Response: (Contact the State Licensing Office for more information.) Tvs were turned off and children will no longer be placed in high chairs for meals. I think this is the same as violation 3. Will participate in Technical Assistance as required. Daily activities shall promote the development of skills, social competence and self-esteem.
