Violation Observed: Cease the transportation of children in vehicles which violate MVC and DCF regulations. At the time of the inspection the remaining enrolled students were on a field trip. The center did not know the name of the bus company no could the center show proof of a bussing contract with an approved vendor. The center was asked to provide OOL with a bussing contract to transport children on the field trip at the time of the inspection. 8/10/21: Based on information provided by the center, the center will submit an MOU to OOL to only used authorized transportation that do not violate MVC and DCF regulations and to cease immediately the use of their current transportation company.

At the time of the inspection the remaining students were on a field trip and the center could not verify what type of approved vehicle the students were transported in. The center was asked to provide the information to OOL at the time of the inspection.
