At the time of the inspection 1 teacher from infant room B left the room to go outside leaving the teacher alone with 7 children under the age of 2 1/2 with 1 teacher when 2 were needed. Technical assistance was given. The center is to retrain all staff members of staff/child ratios and submit to OOL.

Violation Observed: Ensure that adequate procedures for tracking children are adhered to at all times throughout the center. At the time of the inspection rooms 4 and 5 were on the playground and they indicated that they had 19 children when they in fact had 22. Technical assistance was given. The center is to retrain all staff members in tracking children at all times through and know how many children are in their care and submit to OOL. Technical assistance was given.
