I have used this provider for more than 6 months

The rules and the contract you sign are worthless. In the contract it says “ reasons for child expulsion: excessive biting, ongoing physical abuse of other children”. My child was bit an unacceptable amount of times by the same child. Multiple times a day. Other children in the class were also bitten by the same child. I asked both Erica’s what steps we were going to take moving forward. We were told “ this her way of saying hello we have to be understanding”. I asked how many times does my daughter have to be bit before it’s deemed excessive. Come to find out the child that was biting got government assistance to go there and their tuition paid in full. That’s when I realized this is the reason they’re keeping the biting child. They were so uncaring, they kept the child in there with our daughter, biting her and other kids, WE had to suggest moving our daughter to another class because they weren’t making any moves to protect our daughter.

There are other moments my child was hurt and BFA blamed her. Erica Williams called us and said “ your daughter was spinning and fell down”. We demanded to see the video and saw that another child spun her right in to the end of a table busting her head open. I was upset because that’s not what she said on the phone. I told her it’s very deceptive to not tell us the truth. The teacher Sydney didn’t react until another child had to tell her my daughter was bleeding everywhere. Sydney is kind and good with the kids but not conscious of danger or proactive.

We’ve witnessed Miss Judy gossip and talk about other parents and kids to other parents attending BFA. Caught her many times midway speaking negatively about other parents.

Erica Slotter said the coldest and most heartless thing to us. My daughter is disfigured from this school and has a permanent bruise on her eyebrow from falling off a chair under their care. Months later I showed her the bruise and said I was concerned it was still there and She said “ well it’s a good thing she has bangs to hide it”. No compassion no kindness no empathy whatsoever, just cruel.

In my opinion they are sneaky and deceitful when it comes to giving you a report about injuries. They wouldn’t send pictures with reports every time or give the real story on the phone. We told them we didn’t feel our daughter was safe and their response made us feel threatened.

They said they were now involving a third party and submitting all the evidence to make sure they’re protected. It just confirmed to us in our opinion that we are dollar signs and the kids are not priority, their business is priority to them, in our eyes.

In my opinion both Erica’s are dishonest sneaky and manipulative. In my opinion the children are second to their cash, greed and lack of integrity. We left because after that interaction we felt we were treated differently and there was a lot of tension.

Our experience was If you ask questions, advocate for your child and want accountability, you become a pariah. You are an outsider and no longer the silent majority that attend BFA. Does the good out weigh the bad? Remember you are your child’s voice and you need to stand up for them.
