I have used this provider for more than 6 months

If i could give ZERO star, i would !!! She has a nephew who she watches & favoritisms over all other children. She allows her nephew to hit & abuse the other children. I have witnessed so with my OWN eyes with several different children in program. I have an autistic child who she treated VERY poorly. Denied him food & verbally abused him. He would be put in the corner/time-out for stemming. When i would bring things to her attention because i had an older child who attended who made me aware of things happening, she became very defensive & yelled. Any time i would try to have a conversation about concerns pertaining to my children she would become VERY aggressive & yell. The final straw came when one morning during drop-off my autistic child was eating a brownie, she YANKED him by the arm, slammed in chair & ripped the brownie out of his hand. I asked "he cant have a brownie", in shock, mind you it was literally one small piece of brownie left & NO other children were at program as of yet. She immediately began to YELL, "No, I WROTE IN PROGRAM RULES PACKET NO OUTSIDE FOOD, he can go OUTSIDE and finish eating it". So i said fine, i proceeded to take my son outside, she offered to take my baby out my hands i declined. I stepped outside with my children, & she followed after me YELLING, "You think your kids are better than the program". I replied "because he is finishing eating a brownie? No i dont". She continued to be irate, i asked her again to stop yelling at me. She replied, I do what the F*ck i want, im Natara B*tch". I could see this was going NOWHERE fast! She was swearing & yelling like she wanted to fight me with my kids in my hand. I do NOT RECOMMEND her watching ANYONE KIDS more less a DOG!! She has terrible communication skills!! And to start swearing in front of children like you are on the streets is insane!! She is the farthest from professional & she should be shut down!!
