Why was a teacher allowed to continue to work with infants after MULTIPLE reports to DCF and the PD regarding infants coming home with cuts and bruises? How on earth was this able to go on for YEARS without anything being done about it? You can't tell me that the owner's were not aware after having this many investigations.
All parents should be extremely concerns about the owner's oversight of her employees at this daycare. Physical and verbal abuse was allowed to occur in the infant room for years with the owner's office being directly across the hall. You kids are not safe here.
It is very strange that CPS has had to come in as often as they have. I do not feel that my kids are safe here.

Video footage from the infant room shows the child moving both arms before earlier in the day. In the afternoon the child is with the child care worker and the child screams when not in full camera view, at the changing table and in the crib area.
