If your on this website save yourself the trouble and don’t bring your kids here. If I could give this place a negative rating I would. I worked here for some time and the amount of children not being taken care of, diapers never being changed and children getting hurt is pathetic. Almost everyone who works there doesn’t understand how to care for children, the owner pays 8$ an hour to her employees and gets all her food from her store next door. I finally had enough and quit when my son was getting threatened by a parent and the owner did nothing about it, and the teacher my son had would yell in kids face even ones with disabilities. This place is complete s***, and should be shut down.
Absolutely ridiculous. I gave this facility the benefit of the doubt. Before sending my child there, I took pictures of her at every angle. Day 1: she has a brand new rash on her butt. Tried to brush that off... Day 2: I get home, change her diaper and there is poop in my daughter's privates/folds... Three diaper changes... No one noticed this? Absolutely unacceptable. Two days... Never going back and am going to do my damnedest to get my money back. I signed a contract where you agreed to care for my child. Clearly, that is a breach of contract. Unacceptable.
My child went 3 days every time he was picked up he had a filthy diaper was not helped with feedings due to my son being special needs and was sent home with bruises when i asked about the whole thing they denyed it and claimed they werent the xause of his mistreatment my son didnt get to eat cause he wasnt Gettysburg the assistance i was told he was going to get then they wanted to charge me 180.00 for the time he was there.. never gonna pay em never taking my son back
My child was placed in a chair to big for him and he fell out and got a head injury and due to being a single full time mom I had no option but to bring my child back. I've heard story 3rd party that the heat in one of the rooms did not work. I've also heard stories that the kids are under fed. Which I know is true because my children always came home hungry. My son came home with a huge cut on his leg and his teachers response was talk to night crew it didn't happen here. No im sorry is he ok anything when I had to leave work and take him to the er they only said they had 2 teachers working but none of which was watching my son. He had only need there 2 days at the time. They neglect. Under feed these kids and the "teachers" are rude. Terrible
The way they charge is very difficult to work with. I never get a call if my children have a fever or get sick. I only am told when I pick them up. More often than not the daycare teachers are not reporting what happened when my child has a bruise or bump on head or scratches on back.
