The school is beautiful, and MOST teachers and staff members are dedicated to the school for the success of the kids. There are many downsides as an employee of this Particular school location. The teachers are not allowed to express their creativity. The environment pretty much all looks the same and it looks and feels like a hospital. The owner cares about the almighty dollar and pushing paperwork. The owner doesn't have a clue on how to operate a childcare center as he's never worked in the field before opening the schools he owns. The owner does not spend enough quality time getting to know the children, families or the staff members he has working for him. The owner talks down to his management team. The current management team talks behind the employees backs and they will belittle anyone that isn't in their "Clique". They are toxic for the school. I would NEVER recommend that anyone I know to take their child to this school, or that anyone I know goes to work for Jason Skidmore. I have personally gave background information to families looking for care and said steer clear of this facility.
