Description: In addition to basic letter, number, color, and shape recognition, our curriculum introduces a variety of weekly themes through the use of math, science, art, story time, circle time, creative movement and music. A "Value of the Week" is also incorporated into the weekly schedule. For children who are developmentally ready, we introduce phonics, writing, word recognition and reading.
At Friday's Child Early Learning Center, our belief is that children learn best through play and the use of their senses. Our focus is on using creative play as the primary tool for learning. The curriculum will enhance development in the areas of personal awareness, emotional, well being, socialization, communications, cognition, and motor skills.
Where possible, ChildcareCenter provides inspection reports as a service to families. This information is deemed reliable, but is not guaranteed. We encourage families to contact the daycare provider directly with any questions or concerns, as the provider may have already addressed some or all issues. Reports can also be verified with your local daycare licensing office.
