I am the owner

As the owner of this business I'd like to inform parents that they can always contact me directly if you have any questions but my concern today is I'm just noticing that my new worker has recorded that each group of children were not with qualified staff and I'm not gonna say she doesn't know regulations but what I'm going to say is I was never informed that teachers can't take the day off I was always informed by regulations and previous workers that an on call & approved substitute must be on premises in the event of teachers absence & our center substitute has been the same person for 5 years however I do understand that a qualified teacher must be at center and again same 2 teachers for 5 years I'm not really sure how I missed this but I will say that if they don't want a substitute on site they should probably just cancel out the idea of a substitute & just say to hire a teacher for absent days I'd also like to say as the owner of this business I take absolute pride in not having a high turnover rate & again we've had the same staff for a little over five years and there would never be a time at this center when children are left with staff that hasn't been approved by cca and that's a fact
