This daycare allowed a stepparent to register my child without verifying documentation, listing everything under the stepparent’s name. When I found out and tried to access my child’s file, I was initially refused. Two days later, I finally received an email from the director with the enrollment form, giving them time to “fix” the mistakes. As the mother, I was listed as the second emergency contact and denied access because of this. The stepparent listed my son as her child and used her contact information. I would not trust this place with my child.
