This facility deserves negative stars, too bad that was not an option on the rating scale. My son had been in the 2 year old class with Ms. Crystal until grandma walked in on my son being verbally abused and mistreated by her on a Thursday. We asked to speak with the daycare director, Ms. Deanna regarding the mistreatment of my son and she did not even return a phone call until 3:00pm the next week on Monday. After our meeting we decided to try a different teacher. My son was put into a class with 9-10 21/2 year olds and one teacher. They then decided to make him the problem and harass us every single day with issues until we had to pull him out because we did not feel safe with him being there. Mrs. Crystal is still there and they are still understaffed and under qualified to care for children. Do NOT subject your child or yourself to this kind of treatment.
