A Fresh Start And Time To Learn Comprehensive Child Care Center Llc

I recently went to Yogi Bear park in Pelahatchie. This facility had over 30 children there. The staff were all sitting on the side not watching the children. One child was nearly drowning, another child snatched her up quickly and walked away. Another child was wondering around crying lost, he came to me and said his feet were burning he wanted to sit down. I put him in a chair and was asking him about where his adult was. The staff member walked up, I told her that his feet was burning and he wanted to sit. She snatched him up by his arm and made him go play. The child cried for most of the time that I was able to observe him. (2 hours) there was a group of maybe 6-8 staff that just sat on the side not concerned with the children at all. There were at least 100 kids at the park, being very attentive to your single child was difficult if you weren’t up walking around. I couldn’t imagine watching a group of 20/30+ children from a chair on the side.

DO NOT USE THIS CENTER. Had several issues with my one year being bit/hit by other kids but nobody ever told me about it. I had to question the markings on his arm and ear. I was also given my son back with a soaked through diaper on which is when I withdrew him. My infant, was discharged by Ms.Gloria Johnson because of a clerical issue in the office. The daycare provider failed to state what the issue was just kept saying she would call me. They seem to close down for everything but still charge you. There are a few great teachers at this center but the owners need a reality check. They are the cheapest in the area because you get what you pay for.

This provider does not even deserve 1 star. The level of disrespect from this daycare is terrible. I had to question so many things letting my son there. I do not feel this is a safe environment for any child to go to. They constantly find an excuses to close early or close for many of days. If you work and allow your child to be here at this daycare then be ready to always have to pick up your child up and having to find a baby sitter because of the closings instead of trying to make an income.
