My child has had over 3 teachers in the past 3months, they have children that are not being disciplined when they do something wrong and the provider or teachers are not informing me when incidents occur with my child. I have walked in and children are hanging off the stacked up beds and some are sitting on the book shelves. I walked in to pick my child up for the first time with the new teacher and she did not ask for I.D she let her right out and then ask me what is the child name. There is no organization going on in the facility, the teacher is not there in the morning and I was instructed to leave her in another room, when I went to the other room the teacher asked me why am I leaving her here; when I explained to her she then asked me if there was anyone in her class. they are not organized at all in there.
Owner is not available for problems with the director. Director hires family and friends and fails to discipline them when they are in the wrong with kids. Teachers make kids complete cleaning of bathrooms and outside play areas while teachers sit. Special privileges are given to director's kids. Director brings her sick kids to work with fever and contagious diseases. Ratios of kids to teachers are unsafe causing teachers to neglect kids and accidents pursue. Director's husband accesses the property in fits of rage and authorities have to be called. Afterschool numbers are dangerously high, causing a lot of neglect, which leads to bullying. Outside food is brought to daycare. Kids are combined with one teacher at naptime, due to insufficient staff. Teachers do not use gloves to perform perineal care on kids. This daycare continues to be demolished by mismanagement at the top.
