This is the MOST unprofessional daycare I have ever done business with. Trying to force someone to make payments that are not owed and REFUSING to check their receipt books further back where THEIR error was actually made. Even after pictures of receipts, actual receipts signed by them, pictures of bank statements as well as pictures of check images to PROVE money was not owed. Treating my children differently. At that same age, one child treated different than the other. The ridiculous amount of unprofessionalism and inappropriatenesses of YELLING at not only my wife but myself as well IN FRONT OF OUR SON as well as the rest of the small children still present. The trashiness of one of the teachers chasing us out the door as if she wanted to have a physical altercation. All of this on top of the inappropriate games taught there (I.e. brother and sister playing boyfriend and girlfriend) and do not get me started on not only the racial injustice and equality discrimination. If I could leave 0 stars, I would. This is not the last stop in our journey to make sure that no other children or parents will be treated this way. I honestly pray for them. For their souls. And for all the children that are emotionally affected. Because I can tell you right now, when a FOUR YEAR OLD wants to know why they are not good enough, or repeats that they are “awful” and that they “have something wrong with their brain”, any human being that actually has a heart, would not be able to stomach the pain that is felt when you have to reassure them that is not the case. That they are good enough. That they are loved so much. That there is absolutely nothing wrong with them. It makes me SICK to my stomach.
