Update Bright Wheel app in its entirety. Provide the school policy & procedures without having parent ask, should be in the package when enrolling child. The way they operate is like pulling teeth and it's draining... You send your child in and the doors close. It's not like Public Schools whereas you bring your child in, greet the teacher and watch your child enter the classroom. Picky eating children... What do they eat at lunch or do they eat? No one observes the children to see if they're receiving enough nutrition and no one notifies the parent if there's an issue because they don't observe. I ask the child if they go outside and play everyday and I am told no. So, what do they do for exercise? Run around the building? No sunlight... What is going on? Toddlers require assistance with blowing their nose, toileting etc... When you're told by the child that no one helps you, that's alarming or do they not know a child is in the bathroom? A teacher asked a parent to provide flushable wipes after a parent mentioned/complained the child comes home unclean. Purchase and provide wipes and your child might get assistance. Let's just forget that toilet tissue exists... Don't ask the question "do you" because the answer is always no. Ok so what do you do working at a Head Start Center? I have so much more to say however, I've given you the gist to start with. Pay attention to your children (you will get more valuable info from them) and know whether or not the teachers/staff don't do, as a concerned parent, they must do. If it isn't reinforced, they continue to be "dont's"...
