I am really grateful that Ms Dina was able to accommodate me and my child with our provider needs her learning center is just what I was looking for to fit my budget and my son’s adjustments to starting school
My children have been attending for over a year. It's a great place, they communicate well with parents.
If there was a 0 star option honestly I would’ve chosen it I went to see Ms Dina for an appointment and let me just say the minute we pulled up the front yard was gross It definitely made me think we should turn around but I gave her a chance anyway we walk in the house is DISGUSTING the kids were all dirty like they haven’t been cared for at all she was talking slow like she was on drugs or either drunk or sleep but how are you sleeping or doing anything else with 8 kids in your home VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I wanted to scoop those poor babies up and take them with me please please don’t take your kids here !
Please DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD here! So I contacted Dina for services and expressed to her I was new to texas and needed child care for my son! I made it clear that I work different times and I would need child care between the hours of 9:30am-6:30pm OR 11:30am- 8:30pm. Dina told me that she could accommodate my hours. So I pay her $135 for 5 days. First day of my son attending her school I noticed she didn’t have any AC and the house was very un kept! I tried to look over that and the following days I would pick my son up and he would be extremely dirty!! His face would be filthy, his socks would be black like he was outside without shoes on and his clothes would be wet to the touch. Fast forward to yesterday my son was bitten by a spider while in Dina’s care. I called to see if she was aware of this and she stated no! I made it clear to her that my son Did not have this that morning ! I took my son to the hospital she found out it was a spider bit. I shared this information with Dina and she start justifying herself ! She made it a big deal that I work after 6:30pm and that she has to feed him!
