If there was a way to give this woman ZERO stars, it would be my
first choice. I have never used her services. However, I happened to be parked at a local gas station as her childcare vehicle pulled in next to me. As I was sitting in my car, I over-hear her screaming and yelling, spanking a child who had "taken their shoes off, after she asked them not to'. Immediately I'm alarmed, and paying attention to her next moves. She gets out of the car, and leaves the children unattended with the windows up. When I get out of my vehicle, I look into the van to make sure that the children are okay. She stays in the store about 3 or 4 minutes and then takes a couple of ice cream cones back to the van. Again, these small children are left in the van unattended when she goes back into the store for an additional 2 or 3 minutes. I went in the store and chose my items and we both exited the store at the same time. A middle age child (maybe 12 yo.) could not close the door because she was holding multiple ice cream cones. The lady yells out of a cracked window "Can you close that door please ma'am?' I shut the door and rolled my eyes, knowing that I was secretly furious inside because her level of unprofessional-ism and Couth. Anything could have happened while she was gone!!!!!! It is very important that children are NOT left unattended in a vehicle no matter how short you feel the time is. The yelling and spanking was also a double negative for me. I DO NOT recommend her childcare services and ask that she be reprimanded for her actions.
