If you like unorganized, unprofessional daycares then this is the place for you. The daycare owner:director talks in circles. That should have been my first clue.there’s no accountability, just excuses. Has been a tumultuous journey from day one. From not communicating to staff to pick my son up from school when he started to last minute changes and issues after my daughter was supposed to start at 8 weeks. You have to call and ask them to do things multiple times. My daughter was there 7 months still didn’t have access to her virtual profile for communication with her teacher. On my children’s last day I went to pick up there things and she magically didn’t have any diapers, baby food, wipes, or bottles. I guess I’m supposed to be believe that they have been supplying those things for her… NOT . They hide behind “COVID” as a way to not allow you into the daycare. Every time I would pick up my daughter I would be left outside for minutes on end because they “are in the middle of changing her” also paid for a month of services, kids were dropped and she has not gave me a refund although I have called up there asking for a refund. Again unprofessional and problematic
