My daughter was enrolled there the owner is very rude and unprofessional. The owner wanted to physically fight me because the machine was down and get lights were out in her office takes her frissons out on parents take your kids elsewhere
Whomever was driving your van @ 415 on 10/14/2021 on Mc Cart needs to be way more careful and conscientious about what going on around her. She pulled out in front of me from a turn while I was traveling straight (south) on McCart and almost made me rear end her. Then at the next light she was not paying attention and was holding up traffic when the light changed. I don't know the circumstances, but the roads needs her attention and the children deserve someone driving them safely!
I called and asked for their hours and was instantly hung up on. I called again and asked for cost and hours. She complained that I wasn't speaking clearly and should have just asked for hours then called me baby before hanging up on me again. No idea what is going on there but they were way too distracted and rude.
They will not let you tour when children are there. How are you to make a decision on were you put you child if you can not see how the center works. I am not willing to trust a child care facility if I am not able to see it when it is at its busiest. Where and who I trust my child to is very important and was not happy with what i was told when I came for a tour. Was told "We only do yours the first and last 30 minutes of the day." Way I see it the employees do not care so why should I leave my child there.
