I have used this provider for less than 6 months

If I could leave less than one star, I would. This home daycare favors kids and lets most of them get away with anything. No consequences whatsoever.

Owner response : I am not sure if this person has the wrong daycare In mind, or is just posting false information. At the time of this posting, I had no children who had been enrolled six months. Every child in my center at the time of this posting has been here a minimum of 15 months. We are a four-star center, which has been in business over 22 years with never a single complaint. With the exception of the children, who moved to kindergarten in August, every child, in rolled at the time of this posting, is still currently enrolled, and according to the parent satisfaction survey that is circulated anonymously every six months, each family is very pleased with your current childcare situation. If someone were unhappy, their child would not still be here six months later.

Common questions

The answers people ask us for most often.

How do I contact a provider I found here?

In most cases the provider’s direct number is included in their listing. When it is not, we list the number of the Child Care Licensing Program — you may call that number for more information, or search for the provider online.

Will ChildcareCenter pass a message on to a provider for me?

No. ChildcareCenter only provides information, so enrolment questions, tuition questions and job enquiries need to go to the provider directly using the contact details on their listing. We cannot forward them and we cannot share contact details a provider has not published.

I run a daycare — how do I correct or remove my listing?

Use suggest an update on your listing to correct any detail, or claim the listing to manage it yourself. If you have closed or no longer provide care, contact us and we will update the listing to show that.
