I highly recommend this daycare. Not only is the staff friendly, but my daughter absolutely loves the dance classes. I feel confident leaving her knowing that she is happy.

We have been with this provider for 3 years and have noticed significant improvements over time. Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic, they have put forth their best efforts. I recently came across a rumor suggesting that former disgruntled staff were attempting to sabotage the childcare center. However, the owners took action by implementing new leadership, who have been doing an excellent job.

We highly recommend Miss Ryann and Miss Brittanie as teachers, as well as Emily and Dee in the office. They show genuine care and concern for both the staff and the children. I would recommend this daycare center.

this childcare center is exdcellent. I love the way they communicate with the parents. I always know what is going on and how my child is doing. I receive updates and pictures throughout the day. The director is excellent handling paperwork, licensing, and notifications. The assistant director is excellent handling the hiring and training of staff. I see her regularly in the classrooms helping staff. My child is safe here. The teachers really care for my child. I have been in so many facilities and this is so clean. This is truly a special family centered daycare.

Very caring environment for my toddlers.  Miss Em and Miss Dee are wonderful along with all the teachers especially Miss Brit.  They are always willing to help.  Facility is clean and well kept.  They have lots of activities and learning.  My children have learned so much. You need to check them out.

I have 3 kids and 2 of them went to Kiddie Company Lyndhurst. I was very satisfied with my oldest son experience, my middle son not so much. However I am looking for a daycare for my baby and I just revisited the site for both locations. I'm commenting on here to encourage families to do the research. In just read the complaints listed on this page... children being left outside, children possibly drinking bleach water, I'm truly appalled. I also want to say the review at the top from Scott Kellogg.. well I'm pretty sure he and his wife are the owners. I know they are the owners of the Lyndhurst location. So it's kinda hard to believe his review. ????

I know this center went through a hugh change in leadership and three teachers were fired. It's a differwence center now that is well run, clean, and focused on learning. I'm very please with the teachers and new leadership. I highly recommend this center.

If I could give ZERO stars I would! I WAS A PARENT TO THIS CENTER SINCE FEBRUARY AND I HAD 4 CHILDREN WHO ATTENDED THE CENTER UNTIL 2 WEEKS AGO. Where do you want me to start? The staff pretty much all hate working here and voice it often, and I don’t blame them because the owner Emily is literally the worst, and does not give two ????????’s about her employee’s or the children and their parents! I can count on one hand how many times Emily has spoke to me, and I always spoke first. I along with any other parent or staff member will tell you that with complete confidence. She doesn’t pay the good employees enough, and treats them like “The Help”. On the other hand she hires crappy, untrained, people who literally abuse and neglect the kids while not following any rules and regulations within the daycare! And do you think she implements training for her center??? NO! Anything that has to do with professional development is overlooked even when it’s brought to her attention, by the director that she hired! My 3 year old son was left outside outside by two irresponsible staff members IN A STORM FOR GOD KNOWS HOW LONG! He was literally screaming at the door to be let in!???? I DID NOT RECEIVE A PHONE CALL, EMAIL, OR A TEXT FROM THE OWNER OR HER FATHER (since that’s who usually saves her tail when crap like this happens in her center because it happens far too often) TO SHOW HER CONCERN OR TO EXPRESS HER SYMPATHY TO ME AND MY FAMILY!!! I also did not receive an incident report for 3 days after this situation and every time I saw Emily after she looked down at the floor, walked past me, or hurried up and went in her office to avoid me! I’ve seen no camera footage, and when you ask for it they will tell you a BS lie of why they can’t show you and pay you $50 in hush money for you and your child’s troubles! I can’t make this stuff up! ???? Emily and her center are a joke! I’ve worked in quite a few daycares including 3 KinderCares, Shaker Child Enrichment Center, and I’ve worked in the Shaker Heights and CMSD school districts since graduating high school. I must say that THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORSE EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD AND THE WORSE CENTER I’VE EVER SEEN! No where is perfect of course, but I’ve literally never experienced a truly bad center until now! Parents pay all this money for their kid’s to have fun and enriching experiences, but this center gives the bare minimum. Everything the director Nariah did to try to make the center better was abruptly turned down! Nariah and select staff are the only reason we stayed at the center as long as we did. My kids were always in a hurry to leave and were starving during pick up at 4pm! They barely feed the children (because Emily enforces portion control)! Most of the kid’s behavioral problems likely stem from hunger ???????????. Half a Rice cake and water at 2:30 will not keep a child who ate a small lunch at 11:30am, but gets picked up at 5pm, happy. State is there EVERY OTHER WEEK! My son went on one field trip to the little gym. I also attended and everyone loved it! Emily was embarrassed by the staff interacting with and playing along with the children, and said no more field trips from now on. I will say the that the main location “Big Kiddie” does waymore with their children, as they are always on field trips and posting their DAILY activities on social media. Almost everything about my experience here,the things I’ve witnessed, and heard from other parents and staff are what fueled my leaving this center! Kiddie Company makes me sick! YOU OUGHT TO BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES! I made it my business to steer as many parents and staff away from this retched place! I’ve been looking for QUALITY childcare for some time and finally found one that my family and I love! The owners are very involved, speak to the parents daily, love on, and interact with our children DAILY! ?? DO NOT ENROLL YOUR CHILD HERE FOR THEIR SAFETY AND YOUR SANITY! DON’T EVEN WORK HERE! It’s a terrible place! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
