I am very disappointed in my experience with this program. I was told my child had to be 3 years of age and a Richmond Hts resident in order to enroll in their preschool. I have had to send my school-age child somewhere else after having been goiing to Step by Step for a couple of years with friends. Even then, I was not happy with the Administrator's lack of professionalism. Now I have learned that they do have a 2 year old in their program and they do have non-Richmond Hts children in their preschool!! Why was I blatantly lied to by the Administrator??
