| Initial Comments: The purpose of the investigation was to conduct Complaint 00165122 investigation on May 11, 2026. A focused inspection was conducted The Compliance Officer provided a paper copy of the Notice of Inspection Rights and the Small Business Bill of Rights to the Facility Director at the time of the inspection. Do NOT put your child in this day care facility! I’m not here posting a review because someone hurt my feelings or because I didn’t like one thing. This facility is NOT safe and very few of the staff actually know what they’re doing! The site is unsecured should someone attempt to break in and do harm. My son was always upset at drop off and I always brushed it off as him not wanting to leave me. It was way more than that! He has done a 180 since starting his new day care.
I have good reason to expect physical abuse on my 3 y.o. Grandson
