I have used this provider for more than 6 months

This is one of the worst after schools in Queens. Don't prepay any dollar to them. They will never refund even a penny whatever happen. The owner of this business is greedy for money. In 2019, I prepaid 1 year after school tuition fee. But the school was closed since March 2020 because of the pandemic. Up to today, they refused to refund even we had moved out Queens. This is a horrible scammer. Their tutors and even the owner (Kelvin) are unprofessional and always yelling and mad at the kids. They don't teach but provide answer to copy.
