Description: When children and their families come through our doors, we look at them holistically? at their physical, cognitive, social and, most importantly, emotional health. We evaluate and intervene to help resolve each piece of these interrelated challenges and problems.
Where possible, ChildcareCenter provides inspection reports as a service to families. This information is deemed reliable, but is not guaranteed. We encourage families to contact the daycare provider directly with any questions or concerns, as the provider may have already addressed some or all issues. Reports can also be verified with your local daycare licensing office.
|Brief Description: Each director and each staff person working an average of twenty (20) or more hours a week must complete a minimum of thirty (30) hours of training every two years. Such training requirements shall also apply to any volunteer in such program who has the potential for regular and substantial contact with children.|
|Brief Description: All day care programs must have at least one staff person who holds a valid certificate in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and first aid on the premise of the child care program during the program's operating hours.|
|Brief Description: Every licensee and registrant shall obtain fingerprint images, for each prospective employee or volunteer of the child day care program and any person age eighteen or over who will be residing on the premises of the group family day care home or family day care home.|

|Brief Description: The initial medical statement for staff and volunteers must include the results of a Mantoux tuberculin test or other federally approved tuberculin test performed within the 12 months preceding the date of the application.|
|Brief Description: the names, addresses and day time telephone numbers of at least three acceptable references, other than relatives, at least one of whom can verify employment history, work record and qualifications, and at least one of whom can attest to the applicant's character, habits and personal qualifications to be a school-age child care program staff member;|
|Brief Description: a copy of a certificate of insurance from an insurance company showing general liability insurance is provided to the school age child care program and a copy of the insurance policy.|
|Brief Description: The registrant must prepare a health care plan on forms furnished by the Office. Such plan must protect and promote the health of children. The health care plan must be on site, followed by all staff and available upon demand by a parent or the Office.
