Abby's Child Enrichment Center

As newcomers to the area, we are very pleased with Abby's Child Enrichment Center. The highly attentive director, the detailed policies/procedures, and the involved staff are refreshing based on other options in the area. Our child loves the structure and the curriculum is aligned to develop the skills the children will need when entering school. We feel it's not just a place where they will "watch" our child, but nurture her mind. Every week our child learns something new and looks forward to being with her teacher/classmates. We would definitely recommend to new parents/parents relocating into the area.

We signed up for childcare at this Abby's location when we were desperate to find childcare, and we thought we wouldn't get into our preferred daycare for 6 more months (we were on a waitlist). We paid the nearly $300 enrollment fee at 2:30 in the afternoon. At 8:00 the very next morning, we were offered a spot at the preferred daycare. Abby's refused to refund any of the enrollment fee, despite the fact that it had been less than 24 hours since we signed up, and our child had never stepped foot in the center. They provided no service whatsoever, but they kept all of our money.

Not only that, but we overheard Ms. Abby herself trash talking my husband and me, even though she had never met or spoken to us, just because we had asked politely for a refund. The managers showed zero compassion or understanding. They turned out to be greedy and rude, not the sort of people I would ever want taking care of my child. Their treatment of us was pretty horrible, and as far as we're concerned, they stole our money. Childcare is expensive enough without having to fight with greedy owners.
