The staff scream at the children and threaten them I would highly recommend not sending your children to any of The Learning Centers (there are 6)
Never send your child to “Highland Heights Learning Center” on Alexandria Pike. If I could give this place 0 stars... I would. My child was called unintelligent, bratty, and a bully. Workers never know what’s going on, the owner is only there one day a week (at best) unorganized and chaotic. Worst and most unprofessional facility my child has ever attended. Avoid sending your child here at all costs.
They also aren’t taking parents temperatures upon arrival. Every other facility is. They don’t enforce their workers to wear masks correctly if at all. And they don’t force parents to either.
They also are lying by saying there is a government, state wide order that daycares have to close at 5. That’s a lie because plenty of daycares near them close at 5:30 and 6 currently. They are just trying to scam as much money possible from people during hard times like COVID-19.
Placing this review here as a warning for other parents – but don’t take just my word for it, look at their Kentucky CHFS record. One star out of five -

We pulled our child out of this daycare after several incidents that left us with no choice:
* We were told there would be playground equipment installed at this location when we enrolled– it’s still just an empty fenced off piece of their parking lot.
* We’re working on potty training and they were only putting our child on the potty twice in 8 hours. Her pull-ups would be full when we picked her up (this is after multiple discussions with them and trying to build some consistency with what they were doing there and what we were doing at home).
* Another child was biting our child, hard - I understand that children can sometimes bite to communicate but this happened multiple times, the children should have been separated. Other behavioral issues started to occur around this same time - not listening, talking back, etc. We did not want any more of this behavior to rub off on our child so this is ultimately why we left.
We have been at the new daycare for a week and a half and we're already noticing an improvement in our child's behavior.
