The biting is a consistent issue. Staff is not equipped to handle it, no biting policy and the management staff act like you're the problem if you're not totally fine with your child being bitten (to the point of bruising) multiple times.
My child has been at Aunt Kathy's from the day I went back to work. They made me feel very comfortable from day one! My child LOVES every teacher she has had there! They are seperated into rooms by age and even though my child is only in the 1 year old room each teacher in the older rooms know her by name and always make sure to talk to her! She loves going to daycare each day which makes dropping her off a bit easier for this ast time mom!
There is nothing worse than having to deal with college kids caring for your little ones. With that said there is a college right across the street and every semester there are new college kids in there and I am pretty sure there is no training for these kids based upon my experience. I have had trouble with biting, lack of communication between teachers and parents, lack of information on the log sheet, neglect of diaper changes. There has been no continuity of care for my child.
