I worked at this facility for over a year and witnessed first hand lots of borderline child abuse. Employees would be reported to the director or head staff and their behavior would be dismissed because they were personal friends with the director. Employees would be be notified of when we would be having the facility inspected and were told to quickly fix all of our constantly non-safe and non-compliant issues; fire hazards, cross contamination of food, safety hazards etc, before the inspector got to the classrooms. The owners and director had us keeping children in rooms with moldy walls and decaying ceiling tiles. This facility illegally discriminates against male teachers, leaving no male role models for young boys. Additionally, this facility does not separate special needs children or provide additional assistance to them or their teachers, leaving the other children in the classroom at risk of neglect or physical danger. As a child care worker, I would never work at this facility again. As a parent, I would not recommend it to anyone.
Dear public, I had a suspicion about this place after the staff would make a face when I dropped of my child. I started paying closer attention to the videos and withdrew my child the day the directer and owner said their staff member did not do anything wrong, and was not in need of further training. This caregiver, purposely swung my child by the hands several times until she was dizzy and let her walk and fall. Also, my child was put in a class that was not for her age and then when my child finally started to walk, they do this. I was assured my child would be safe and keep up with the class "children adapt quickly". Parents, it was very clear they are only concerned about their pockets. This school seems like a little paradise, but these teachers backbite concerned parents "One of those parents", as this was told to me by the director (this explains the faces the teachers started after several months). My recommendation is to watch the live video often.
