I am an employee

Staff sleep during nap-time. Owner is never at the daycare and leaves no communication for staff. Kitchen is disgusting and there is no disinfectant. Kids doesn’t have nutritional meals. There’s a lot of traffic through the daycare. There is no teacher only assistants. It’s more of a babysitting job than a daycare. It’s so bad I want to give it a zero but I’m forced to give it a 1.
