Disrespectful staff. When I applied, I never got a call whether it was accepted. I called and asked and was told my son was accepted and followed with a goodbye. I had to say I wasn’t done with the phone call and asked if I was able to take my son starting on a certain date. Long story short, they never told me I needed a sleeve of diapers, sheets, and wipes to stay there. They waited until almost the very end of the first week to give me the passcode to look at updates on brightwheel. They were no help with the voucher either. The disrespected the times he needed fed and disrespected me. I would ring the doorbell and waited 10 minutes at times. His last day was a Friday and I reminded them he would not be returning and needed payments stopped. They charged me anyway and I called 3 times after that to get my money back. Here I am with no money back and I got an email letting me know there will be ANOTHER charge at the beginning of the upcoming week. I am SO DISPLEASED. Do not go to this daycare. They are disrespectful and don’t listen. All the lady on the phone likes to say anyway is “I’ll take care of it” and “bye” she won’t hear you out and listen. She just wants to be done with the phone call and says “bye”. They also never gave him extra to eat. They told me to start adding more breastmilk to his feeds… I told them to follow with a formula bottle if he’s still hungry and they had NO idea. I told them to do so on the first day, but they didn’t do this until his last week there. My son spent 3 weeks at this daycare and we will NOT be going back. Telling all my friends and everyone who has kids to stay away from this terrible place. Also I’m still trying to get my money back. They’ve been charging me and my son doesn’t go there anymore! It’s been two weeks. The first day, they didn’t warm his bottles.
