I have used this facility for both of my children since they were 5 months old. They are always available to talk to discuss the needs of my children, they love my kids like their own and I believe that they truly want what's best for their students. They offer many different academic supplemental supports to aid your children in success, they believe in structure and that the safety of all kids come first. I always recommend this center to my friends and new parents in the area. I really love this place!
If I could leave a review with zero stars I would. In the beginning I was highly impressed. They offered a great security package, clean facility and friendly staff. In less than 2 months time, my world was completely turned upside down. My child was assaulted by one of the teachers. I was not informed about the assault that occurred against my child until one week after this incident and I was informed by the police. There were countless opportunities for someone to Inform me. without any further detail I will just say that this place has lost my business and trust and I will make sure that I can spread the word as much as possible that they did not and continue to not handle this situation any way a dignified and respectable human should, especially ones who claim that the wellbeing and safety of the children in their care are their main priority. I have not yet to ever receive any explanation or apology for their blatant disregard to my entire situation.
