I have used this provider for more than 6 months

The owners are terribly irresponsible and think the pandemic is a joke. They do not adhere to CDC guidelines and truly don’t care if your kid or employees spread COVID. They don’t use masks. Please don’t send your kid here if you want them to remain healthy. We had a brush with COVID and it was basically laughed at.

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

Rude and don’t care about the children. Kicked child out when I brought concerns to owners attention and stated she does what she wants and the solution was it would be their last day. She has director watching both of her facilities so no control of what is happening with kids. My child was hurt and she kicked him out instead of researching what happened. My child has had several I mean several thing become missing and she did not care

Prodigy Learning Center now offers its high-quality child care at two locations in New Braunfels: Our original location, Prodigy Learning Center - Walnut Avenue, located on Walnut Avenue between IH 35 and County Line Road; and our new center Prodigy Learning Center - Hunters Creek near Highway 46 and Oak Run Parkway. We are the only Day Care Centers in New Braunfels to receive an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau. We are also members of the New Braunfels Chamber of Commerce. We are locally owned and operated since 1996, and our mission is to provide a nurturing and risk-free environment where children are allowed to think, explore, create and perform. Prodigy Learning Center truly is an environment that cares about children - and we put them first in everything we do!
