I have used this provider for more than 6 months

When looking for a center you want someone you can trust! When your child is eager to go to school and when I Offer them to stay home because I have a day off they want to go to school, it’s a very comforting feeling to know your children are cared for!

This center doesn’t even deserve a 1. This center is the most disgusting center I have ever stepped in. The school is very dirty, I’ve even seen bugs in it. The teachers don’t seem to teach much at all so your child will not learn or regress. The teachers are all very young and unprofessional and are always on their phones. If your child gets hurt they don’t even know how sometimes and give blank answers . Child care centers aren’t a babysitting service it is for your child to developmentally learn and develop and this center doesn’t give any child the ability to do that. The director is very unprofessional and never seems to be there or give a truthful reliable answer. They also have shared children’s food and belongings with one another which is inappropriate. I honestly have no idea how this center has not been shut down. I’m all for new businesses but this one is a disgrace to a Childs development and to the standards of a daycare.

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

Our children attended this center for a few months. Our experience was OK but not great. The turnover was high, teachers on their phones quite often and I had walked into the classroom playing inappropriate music for toddlers/preschoolers. I noticed a trend that quite a few of the teachers were related to the director which is OK but when some teachers are not experienced in a center it jeopardizes the learning and development. The preschool bathroom always smelt like urine, even first thing in the morning. It seemed that there was not a lot of structure for the preschoolers as well. My kids did OK but I think the struggle was it was a new center that opened and they had not found their groove. Hopefully, they have improved but I have not recommended this place to any other parents. Its unfortunate as quite a few of the reviews on different sites are from friends or family of the director and not actually from the parents/families of children that had attended.
